Guruji during the event
Now how could would have been completed without GuruJi talking to us, I mean that is why we were there. In all his talks he focused on these three things
(1) Alcohol
(2) Terrorism
(3) Volunteering
When sri sri started speaking , he gave this one liner
“ yahan aane se pehle main kal tihar jail ja kar aaya, jyada tar log yahan aa kar tihar jail jate hain , main pehle hi jaa aya” (before coming here I went to tihar jail, mostly people go to tihar jail after coming here, but I first went there and then came here)
And we all were just burst into laughter.
After this GuruJi started talking about the prisoners and how we can rehabilitate them and what all could be done. Another time , while talking about alcohol , GuruJi told a joke that once a man told his friend to help him as his head was paining. So his friend told him that you drink a bottle of alcohol. So the man asked that will this take away his headache. So his friend replied “ alcohol took away my house , wife and all the land, will it not take your headache also”……ha ha …
No matter it may not be that funny but the way Sri Sri tells anything, a laughter automatically comes.
I was expecting that there will be a meditation, but unfortunately it didn’t happened. Imagine 1 lakh people doing meditation together, it would have been an ossum thing.
